We embroider "on demand". Items are sent to production at the time you place your order. We usually run 7-10 working days for normal production.

Because your items are custom embroidered, we do not accept returns. If you are unsure of your size, you can contact us and we can email you a spec sheet for any item on our site. This will give you a better idea of how the sizes run for any particular garment.

If an item is damaged in any way, please contact us right away for a replacement.

The logo colors shown on the shirt images are the colors that have been approved by Transcynd. These are the only colors we are permitted to use for embroidery.

We are always open to adding items and styles that are in demand. If you do not see something that you want, please let us know and we will present it to Transcynd for approval.
